The company was started with a vision to provide the tools and techniques of inner well-being to each individual, particularly those who find it difficult to adjust with the modern-day pressures of managing their professional lives in the modern business environment.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower the society through individual self development. We use traditional scientific techniques of enhancing the body and mind with tools like Yoga Asanas, Pranayam and Meditation for the holistic well-being of an individual. Moreover, Leela Yoga provides services pertaining to the three branches of yoga:

About Sunny

Sunny is an expert in the techniques of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, etc. He is a certified Yoga Instructor from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Institute, Kerala, India. He comes with a diverse corporate background in Investment Banking and Business Consulting. He has previously worked with multi-national corporations like Bank of America and Mercer Consulting. Sunny is a post graduate in business management from MDI Gurgaon. Being a devotee of Krishna, Sunny is also a proponent of Bhakti Yoga along with other paths of Yoga like Karma Yoga, Raj Yoga and Jnana Yoga.

About Umang Bhardwaj

Umang Bhardwaj is a certified Yoga Instructor from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Kerala. She is a Hatha Yoga practitioner which is essentially a synthesis of the four distinct paths of yoga; Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga and Raja Yoga. Hatha Yoga consists of five basic elements- Proper Exercise, Breathing, Relaxation, Diet & Meditation. Things that can be easily incorporated in our daily life.

Umang believes that a holistic approach is the only path to happiness, health and well being. She believes that small tweaks in habits can lead to big changes in your life.
